Bedni Bugyal Is a Alpine Meadow, situated at an elevation of 3,350 metres (11,000 ft) in the Chamoli District of Uttrakhand. The Bedni Bugyal Trek and Ali Bugyal Trek passes through lush green grassy land, conifer forest clinging into the slopes of hills and steep climbs. Bedni Kund in Bedni Bugyal holds great religious importance amongst the locals.
This stipulated meadow of Bedni Bugyal brings the most fascinating trekking opportunities for the visitors to find the scenic mountains, deep valleys and lofty mountains along the most memorable sunsets and sunrises and the most enormous western flanks of Trishul and the Nanda Ghunti bringing heaven on earth.
There is a lake called Vaitarani near by and also a small temple.Ali-Bugyal is another verdant undulating meadow above the tree line, which is equally enchanting. However, Ali Bugyal is comparatively untouched and unspoiled due to the lack of water sources.
